募集要項

雇用形態 Direct worker
給与 Monthly salary: ¥192,000 yen plus overtime compensation and transportation allowance.
職種 Instant soup production work in a food factory.
Weigh and mix raw materials, load raw materials, operate the machine, etc.
昇給・賞与 Salary increase: Yes (once a year)
Bonus: Yes (twice a year starting from ¥50,000)
待遇・諸手当 Work attire: Provided (cleaning covered by the company).
Transportation allowance: Provided according to company policy based on commuting distance (maximum limit of ¥30,000).
Insurance: Employment insurance, workers' accident compensation insurance, health insurance, employee pension.
Annual paid leave: 10 days after 6 months.
Salary advance system: Available
Probation period: Yes (3 months). Conditions do not change during the probation period.
Term of employment: No fixed term, permanent contract.
Smoking policy: No smoking allowed on company premises.
仕事内容 Manufacturing of instant soups.

Weigh and mix raw materials, load them into machines, operate packaging machines, inspect, and package them.
Job change scope: No changes.
勤務時間 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (60-minute break)
※Overtime and early start may be required.
求める人材 No experience or qualifications required.
休日・休暇 Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, Golden Week (GW), summer, year-end, and New Year (according to the company calendar)
Annual holidays: 115 days
